I have been a Reiki practitioner since 1995. My husband also shared in my Reiki journey and is an Advanced Reiki practitioner. In 2005 I took the Reiki Master/Teacher training. I meet with my students and friends for Reiki sharing and teach the different levels of Reiki to students. I also teach Reiki to children, and all five of my grandchildren and one of my daughters are Reiki 1 practitioners.

In 1997 I became a Certified Reboundologist, and use this as my main form of exercise, along with Yoga and stretching.

I have been a Certified Aromatherapist since 1996 and with this course am trained to give lymphatic massage with essential oils.

In 2002 I took a Colour Energy Course which gave me an insight into the psychology of using colours in all areas of one’s life.

In the Spring of 2008 I received a certificate for taking a course called “Extraordinary Living Through Chakra Wisdom” and “Reiki Facelift”.

In November of 2008 I took training to become a facilitator for the Live Well with Chronic Conditions course.

In August of 2009 my husband, Rene, and I spent a week in Whistler, B.C. with Deepak Chopra and David Simon taking their Seduction to Spirit workshop which focused on Primordial Sound Meditation and Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga.

Rene and I are Independent Ambassadors for the Quantum Wave Lasers. We are also Biopulsar Analysts for the Biopulsar Reflexograph system using Chromalive Colour Light Therapy, Chakra Analysis and Aura Analysis. We are now promoting “Earthing” devices as well as Metatones Sound Therapy. Information for these modalities will soon be added to this website.

Yoga practice has been my exercise of choice over the years, and in 2008 I started on my journey to becoming a Yoga Instructor. I am a Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor and Certified Chair Yoga Instructor, and continue to take education classes in yoga on an ongoing basis.

We have taken many other classes and continuously read and research the many aspects of healthy living. Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Andrew Weil, Louise Hayes are among our favourite authors and we read many books on Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Gong, Energy Works, Body, Mind and Spirit, and healthy aging. We have an extensive library and our philosophy is that it keeps the mind healthy to keep learning new things, and it keeps the body active trying to incorporate them into your daily life. Our family is very important to us, and we like to spend time with our daughters, son-in-laws and our four granddaughters and one grandson.
